HOMESCHOOL FITNESS CLUB

Looking for a fun, active outlet for your homeschooler? Our Homeschool Fitness Club at CrossFit WindRose is designed for children aged 5-10 to develop strength, coordination, and confidence through engaging, age-appropriate activities.

60 MINUTE CLASS

CLASS DETAILS

Each 60-minute class focuses on building foundational movements such as squatting, jumping, and pulling, all in a fun, engaging, and safe environment. Over the course of the 10 weeks, your child will:

Learn proper techniques for squats, deadlifts, and presses.

Develop coordination, strength, and confidence through playful activities.

Learn the basics of nutrition.

Build healthy habits while enjoying teamwork and social interaction.

Whether they’re new to fitness or already active, this program is designed to foster growth, encourage movement, and create a lifelong love for health and fitness.

$155 for the full 10 weeks

*$15 off for additional siblings
