CLASS DETAILS
Each 60-minute class is designed to build strong movement foundations—such as squatting, jumping, pulling, and pushing—in a fun, engaging, and safe environment. Over the course of 10 weeks, your child will:
Learn age-appropriate foundational movements including squats, deadlifts, and presses
Improve coordination, strength, and confidence
Be introduced to basic nutrition concepts
Build healthy habits through teamwork, play, and positive social interaction

$99 first child | $90 each additional sibling
Program Structure by Age Group
To ensure the best experience for every child, the program is now divided into two age-appropriate groups:
Ages 5–7 This group focuses on play, exploration, and positive exposure to fitness. Classes emphasize being active, having fun, and developing confidence in the gym while introducing foundational movements through games and creative activities. The goal is to create a positive experience and a lifelong enjoyment of movement.
Ages 8–10 This group balances play with more structured instruction. Children will learn how to perform exercises properly and safely, helping them build strength, coordination, and body awareness. These skills support daily activities and enhance performance in youth sports while still keeping classes fun and engaging.
