When is it safe to return to working out?

Ask your doctor for their specific recommendations, but the general guideline is 6 weeks postpartum.

I never worked out before/during pregnancy, is this still for me?

Even more reason to start now! Our workouts are tailored to each mom. We can make them easier or harder depending on your fitness level and where you're in your postpartum journey

Do I have to bring my child?

Craving a little dedicated Mom time? You can absolutely come solo.

Is there any childcare provided?

There will be no childcare provided. It's meant to be a "Mom and Me" style of class.

Where will my baby be?

You can bring a play mat, a pop up, or leave them in the car seats/stroller.

What if I have to feed my baby during the class?

You'll be surrounded by other understanding mothers. For privacy, you can easily use our changing rooms if needed.

When are classes held? And how long is the program?

Monday & Wednesdays 9:30am - 10:30am

How long does the program run?

The program runs for 6 weeks.

What is the baby age range?

This is ideal for mothers that are 6 weeks to 7 months postpartum. If your child is mobile (crawling or walking) a pack-n-play or some type of bouncer to keep them safe would be required for their safety.

Can my child come to class?

This is designed as a "Mommy and Me" class where your baby can hang out with you while you workout. Older mobile siblings must stay seated in a pop-up, stroller, or chair. We just can't have them moving or playing around the gym.

What if my child is upset during class?

That's the beauty of an all-Moms class; we understand blowouts happen, children need to be fed, or held, or talked to. Tend to your little one and hop right back into the workout!

Do I need Fitness Experience?

No experience needed! We will teach you everything you need to know to safely workout each class!
